AP Calculus

This course covers topics in differential and integral calculus; limits, average and instantaneous rate of change; applications of definite and open integrals; area under a curve; and volume.  Students will be expected to complete all assignments and perform satisfactorily on all examinations.  Students must receive a passing grade first semester to continue second semester.  At the end of the school year, students may elect to take the A.P. Calculus Exam which may qualify students for one semester of college calculus credit if the test is passed.
