This class is designed for students who want to explore of variety of basic options for improving and maintaining their individual fitness levels. The goal is to give students both the knowledge and physical skills to develop and continue good lifetime fitness habits. Each student will develop personal fitness plans and goals. Activities may include but are not limited to power walking, aerobics, circuit training, and weight training.
