Iron Works

This is an introductory-level course designed to familiarize students with weight room procedures, safety precautions, and various lifting techniques. This course may include but is not limited to strength training/muscular endurance through the use of free- and machine-weights, polymetrics, speed training, agility development and fitness activities.
