Cas Crook brings a love of learning, the arts, and the outdoors to Lyons! Cas loves to stay active. They ride horses and play as a tight head prop on their division 2 rugby team in Boulder, Colorado. They are also a big fan of the Scotland Women’s Rugby Team.

When Cas is not playing rugby they can be found playing Zimbabwean marimba with a marimba band in Boulder. Cas believes that creating art and music with others feeds your soul and brings communities together in a really unique and meaningful way.
